Our units at the Royal Kuhio are of two types, 1 Bedrooms with Full Kitchen OR Studios with Kitchenette. All condo units are spacious and are furnished with either a King, Queen, or Twin beds, a dining table for four, sofa, plenty of closet space in the bedroom and storage space in the kitchen, a flat screen TV, air conditioning, and a hair dryer. In every room there is a phone line with charged out going calls and FREE Wi-Fi Internet connection. There are also public pay phones in the lobby.
Both the full kitchen and kitchenettes have a 4 burner stove with full range oven, microwave, dishwasher, full refridgerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, tea kettle, and kitchen sink. An assorted array of cooking utensils are also provided.
Views are panoramic from a spacious balcony some with Ocean and City, others with Ala Wai and Mountain views.

Royal Kuhio General Description:
The Royal Kuhio is located in the center of Waikiki at 2240 Kuhio Avenue, which is 5 minutes walking distance from the famous Waikiki Beach. All condo units have FREE Wi-Fi, either a kitchenette or full kitchen, and are located on the 10th floor of the building or higher. Security in the building is provided 24/7.
There is a wide range of amenities in the building that are all mainly located on the 7th floor. These amenities include pool, coin-operated laundry facilities, exercise room, basketball court, tennis court, miniature outdoor playground for children, playroom with ping pong and pool tables, and a small office area with a desktop computer, printer, and public pay phone in the lobby (see pictures of common areas below). Parking at the Royal Kuhio building is charged. Public Parking is available nearby as well as some street parking. All condo units enjoy the same common area facilities as the Hotel operation.
