• The Waikiki Parc Hotel is the 3 star cousin of the Halekulani Hotel, the hotel was built in the 80's so for the Waikiki area is fairly "new". It has 16 floors and almost 300 rooms most of which are regular size Hotel rooms with either 2 double beds or one King size bed, there is a difference in the views that you can have from the room and that is normally stated in the name of the room category. It's located between the Sheraton Waikiki and the Halekulani Hotels, about 100 yards or less from the ocean, access to the beach is gained through a narrow pass between the Halekulani and the Outrigger Reef Hotels.

• Like other hotels around it, it is in a very good location and only 100 yards away from the ocean through a narrow path between the Halekulani and the Outrigger Reef hotels.

• The hotel is tucked away between 2 dead end streets and for some is difficult to find.
• Within no more than 100 yards form this hotel, the Trump Tower is under construction, this is a HUGE construction site that is not scheduled to be finished until 2009, it may be a good idea to stay away from the area until then since it is unclear the level of inconvenience that you will suffer because of the construction.
• If you chose this property because you wanted to use the closest beach you may feel disappointed because this part of the beach is very narrow
