Reservations.
A reservation deposit to hold and secure your reservation is required at time of booking.
The deposit automatically converts to a Security/Damage deposit upon arrival.

Security Deposit
All condo-hotels require a minimum Security Deposit of $300.00. Larger deposits are required for longer rental periods or larger units. Please note that the security deposit can not be applied to the total due.
The deposit will be retained until:
Check out has been completed and the unit has been cleaned by
the property's crew.
Security deposits may be available for refund as early as the day following check out but no later than 14 days after your check out date. Please see the Deposit Refund section for more information.

Payment Policy
An advance payment is required 30 to 60 days before arrival.
The total amount, which may include rent, taxes, cleaning fees or any other fees should be made payable to "Hector Euredjian".
Your reservation confirmation/invoice receipt will reflect the total amount due. The payment may be paid at or sent in advance to the management offices of Discount Hotels Hawaii at 7102 Pilaa place, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96825.
We accept Cash, Traveler's Checks, Cashier Checks, Money Orders, Visa and MasterCard. We do not accept any local or out of state checks.
A
4% convenience fee will be assessed to all credit or debit card charges. back

Inspection
It is expressly understood that reservations made without inspecting the unit, held in agreement by a deposit are considered acceptable to the guest(s). All deposits and rents paid may not be refundable if the reservation is cancelled at any time.

No Maid Service
The unit will be serviced and ready for your occupancy upon arrival. There is NO daily maid service included in this rental; however weekly or bi-weekly cleaning service could be arranged at additional cost. back

Cleaning Fees
Cleaning fees will vary according to the size of the unit and the length of the reservation. Any cleaning fee will be included in the total amount due for the vacation rental. All cleaning fees are subject to 4.712% Hawaii tax.
Cleaning fees for Waikiki rental units are:
Studio Units $75+
One Bedroom Units $9
5+
Two Bedroom Units $
120+
Three Bedroom Units $180+
Additional cleaning charges may apply if more than a standard cleaning of the unit is needed.

Reservation Revisions
All reservations made by telephone or in person and secured by deposit are deemed to be acceptable by the party(s) making the reservation. If you want to change your reservations, please call us at (808) 394-2112. Any reservation revision fee may vary based on the length of your stay, the nature of the revision, the season, and the length of time between the revision and the scheduled check-in date.

Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. back

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations will incur a minimum of at least $100 administrative fee. Cancellations with less than 30 days notice prior to check-in are subject, but not restricted, to the following penalties:
100% of the deposit (or the full amount of payments collected).
Please note that the penalties for cancellations during the Winter season (December 1st through April 1st) can vary depending on the length of the reservation and the length of time between the cancellation and the scheduled check-in date. The standard cancellation policy for the Winter season is as follows:
-90 days or more - 50% of the deposit
-90 days or less - 100% of the deposit (or up to the full amount of payments collected).
A "no-show" will automatically incur a forfeiture of all deposits and/or rents received by Discount Hotels Hawaii.
DHH strongly suggests to purchase travel insurance in case that you need to cancel your trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness or flight
cancellations.
CANCELLATION MUST BE IN WRITING AND YOU MUST RECEIVE DHH'S CONFIRMATION OF SUCH CANCELLATION.

Deposit Refund
Upon satisfactory inspection of the unit(s) rented, deposits will be available for refund as early as the day following check-out but no later than 14 days after the check out date. Deposits made by credit card will be credited to the account number received at the time of the reservation. Deposits made by cash, traveler's checks, cashier checks, or money orders will be refunded via a check mailed to the address on file.
Security deposits can not be applied to any balance due.

Check In Procedures
Standard check in time is 4:00 pm. Exceptions are made for those who have paid for an early Check-In. Please call us at or (808) 394-2112 to arrange an early check-in time.

Check Out Procedures
Check out time for all rental units is 10:00am. Exceptions are made for those who have paid for a Late Check-Out. The day prior to check-out, please call our office with your planned departure time from the unit. On the day of Check-Out lock the door behind you when you leave. Your security deposit will be refunded as described in section "Deposit refund". The electronic door will cease to open at 10:00am on the day of your departure unless you have arranged for a late check out. back

Building Rules and Regulations
Guest(s) agrees to comply with all the rules and regulations of the building a copy of which can be found in the unit or can be requested to security. Additionally, guest(s) will be liable for all damage incurring during occupancy by him/her and all guests. back

No Smoking
Absolutely No smoking is allowed anywhere on our units, including the Lanai and the bathroom.
If the apartment is rendered un-rentable as a result of tobacco use during your tenancy, our assessment will be:
¬ a minimum of $300 for tobacco odor abatement, plus
¬ rental income lost during tobacco odor abatement, plus
¬ charges incurred for tenants displaced during such abatement

Trash
Properly bagged domestic trash can be disposed of in a small room at the end of each floor. back

Pets
No pets are allowed in the unit. If evidence of pets is found, DHH reserves the right to eject guest(s) without further notice and all deposits on file and rents paid could be forfeited. back

Responsibility
Discount Hotels Hawaii is not liable for any injury, damage, irregularity, or delay. Discount Hotels Hawaii. reserves the right to make any changes or alterations as deemed necessary. back
