| Cleaning Fee:
This fee is commonly applied to all rentals. It is used to pay for the professional cleaning of the unit that you have rented once you have checked out and returned your keys. You must not confuse this fee or the service that it is paying, with maid service. Most vacation rentals DO NOT include maid service. Daily, weekly or monthly maid service can some times be arranged by paying extra, ask your reservation agent if you need it.
